Minna-Mosfell Guesthouse is run by a small family of 6 who bought the farm in 2019.
Sigríður Rún (Sigga)
Is the manager of Minna-Mosfell Guesthouse and a natural born farm girl. She also manages the blogs and answers e-mails. She has a Ba degree in graphic design and works as a freelance graphic designer/illustrator. She also trains horses and takes care of the animals on the farm.
Is the þúsundþjalasmiður of Minna-Mosfell (that means he can do everything). He has a MSc degree in Mechanical Engineering, BSc in Mechanical and Energy applied Engineering and is a Master in steel construction. He works at the Blue Lagoon as a R&D specialist.
Is of course the head of Minna-Mosfell and an authentic Icelandic grandma with great skills in knitting. She has had many interesting jobs in her past, has worked as a pharmacist, radiologist, post(wo)man, babysitter and as a teachers assistant, to name a few!
Is the one that makes your rooms and living area at the Guesthouse tidy and clean. She speaks Spanish and English (and Icelandic of course) and lived in Guatemala for a year a while back.
Is in pre-school but is almost fluent in English, very helpful and sweet and ready to help.
Is sometimes around Minna-Mosfell and has good knowledge about coffee houses! He is in technical highschool and lives in Reykjavík, speaks English and is ready to help if help is needed.
